Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is an advanced biofeedback assessment that helps to identify chronic infections, organ imbalances and toxicity in the body. This type of testing prioritizes the current issue and helps identify the proper remedies to bring the body back into a balanced state.

Posturology is a system that works on the level of Functional Neurology. By correcting imbalances to the primary proprioceptors of the body, specifically the eyes and feet, the sensory input to the brain is brought back into alignment. If we think of the body like a car, the eyes are like the steering wheel, and the feet are like the wheels. When ours cars are out of alignment, the suspension and other parts are worn out more easily and need to be replaced sooner. The same is true for our bodies. It’s best to think of posture as a reflex as opposed to a habit, meaning it’s not under conscious control. This means we can’t “think” ourselves into better posture.
